Addy Strickland

Addy Strickland is a writer, photographer, and the artist behind "Illustrations by Addy." 

Since 2021, she's taken on the challenge of capturing as many iconic town landmarks in watercolour as she can, and also dabbles in a variety of other media, including (most recently) pottery. 

Addy also leans into the arts as a means of activism, and is the co-curator of an upcoming anthology which highlights the stories of student activists fighting sexualized violence on Canadian campuses.

We are so lucky to have her as one of our talented Art Teachers here at The Arts House, located in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Canada!
