We aim to have a fair policy for students AND teachers. Due to fact that teachers often have to buy products and prepare items for each student the following policy has been updated.
**Client Cancellation Policy**
If a client cancels their services, the following terms will apply:
**Cancellation within 7 days of the event:** The Arts House will refund the total contract price.
**Cancellation within 72 hours of the event:** The client will receive a credit for another class of the same value paid.
**Cancellation within 24 hours of the event:** No credit or refund will be provided, unless of serious medical reasons.
